In early 2008, Ta-ri signed a contract with The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC). In exchange for an annual fee, TFEC sponsors us as a project of the Foundation and we are nonprofit under their “umbrella.” All monies go through their office, with donations both tax-deductible and formally acknowledged for tax purposes.
